I have a corrupt file C:/windows\sys32 How do I fix this?

Download the free Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from http://www.malwarebytes.org/ Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install it. Follow the prompts but make sure ticks are placed next to ‘Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware’ and ‘Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware’ then click Finish. If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
